Age: How old is your character? For students, go anywhere from 14 to 22. For teachers or civilians, 23 and over.
Birthday: When is your birthday? You can just put month and day.
Gender: Male or female
Grade: For students, 14-15 [High School Freshman], 15-16 [High School Sophmore], 16-17 [High School Junior] 17-18 [High School Senior], 18-19 [College Freshman], 19-20 [College Sophmore], 20-21 [College Junior], 21-22 [College Senior]
Occupation: If you have a job as a student, you must be 16 or older.
Apperance
Your image will go here, underneath the appearance word. It keeps things smoother. I prefer pictures, but you are more than welcome to write out a description. If you use a picture, do not use a video game, cartoon, anime, or manga picture. Use real pictures of real people.
Family: Parents, legal guardians, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.
Pets: On campus, you can have fish, lizards, mice/rats, a cat, a dog, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, a horse, etc.
Personality: How does your character act? Be aware that you're going to have to stick with this personality throughout the RP. Try to be descriptive, and try to make it at least two paragraphs.
History: While this can be hard for some role-players, especially if you're only fourteen or so, do your best. Tell us about the family life and stuff like that. Make this at least two paragraphs, if you can.
Out of Character Claims - These are all optional except the Celebrity Claim.
Celebrity Claim: Here, put the name of the celebrity you are using. This is so that we know who has what character.
Instant Messenger Claim: Here, put what instant messengers you have, and what your screennames are.
Email Claim: Here, you can claim your character's email address.
Website Claim: Claim the username you use for different websites (ie: Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Livejournal, etc.)
Phone Number Claim: Claim a phone number here for texting. All area codes are (312).
